Last Friday, July 3rd 2026, we brought the Prodent team together for an inspiring evening dedicated to two values that define our company culture: continuous learning and employee recognition.
Building Stronger Individuals Through Coaching
The evening began with an engaging coaching session led by Mr. Sami Zehil, who guided our team through meaningful discussions focused on personal and professional development.
The session explored essential topics that influence both workplace performance and personal success, including understanding different personalities, effectively handling challenges, overcoming fears, breaking limiting habits, embracing the Five A’s, and identifying the key elements of sustainable growth.
More than a training session, it was an opportunity for every participant to reflect, exchange experiences, and strengthen the mindset needed to continue growing both individually and as a team.

One of the highlights of the evening was having our CEO, Mr. Antoine Baraka, personally present each recognition award, expressing the company’s gratitude for the remarkable contributions and lasting impact of every honored team member.
The celebration concluded with a dinner gathering and a celebratory cake, offering colleagues the opportunity to share memories, strengthen relationships, and celebrate this important milestone together.
